Just wanted to ensure you received my thanks for the quickest delivery EVER!
The parcel was delivered before 2pm today, and I am extremely happy.

As mentioned before, on 15th April I posted a small parcel to both my daughters (one in Brisbane, one in Sydney) and the Qld parcel took 7.5weeks to arrive. The Port Macquarie to Sydney parcel (a total of 416klms from my door to hers) took 10 weeks and 5 days! Good old Australia Post.

A week ago I made my second “small” order, unfortunately since my first order, my address had changed and it was sent there by mistake.

Now I’m not a regular customer and like I said my order was small, but this did not matter to April and the team; making sure that the order arrived within 24 hours of my email.

I am very happy with the ecosticks. I was worried that they wouldn’t be right for our luxury accommodation, but the feedback we have been receiving is truly remarkable. I really didn’t realise how conscious our guests are about single use plastics.

From now on I will always listen to your advice.
