Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We deliver our products to anywhere in the Australia and some islands but depending on your area we may need to provide you with a specific quote.
Q: How long will my order take to dispatch and be delivered?
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. If there is going to be any delay we will call you to advise the amended time of delivery and any back-order requirements.
Depending on how far you are located from Coolum Beach (Sunshine Coast) it may take 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your given destination and choice of freight carrier.
If you are located on any of the islands around Australia we will call you to advise an estimated arrival time. For example, delivery to Norfolk Island can take 6-8 weeks from dispatch as goods are transported from the mainland to the island via barge.
Q: What is the delivery fee to my postcode?
- Mainland QLD $16.90/delivery OR collect from our Coolum Beach (Sunshine Coast) warehouse
- NSW and ACT = $18.90/delivery
- Victoria $18.90/delivery
- South Australia $23.90/delivery
- Western Australia $19.90/delivery OR collection from our Perth warehouse
- For all other states, territories and islands, we will provide you with a quote on freight
- FREE SHIPPING promotions exclude TAS, NT and islands – freight to be quoted on.
Note: there is an additional delivery charge for back-ordered items. We will advise you if an item is out of stock and discuss delivery options.
Q: What happens if I am not home/available at the time of delivery?
A: That’s ok. Simply let us know where your order can be left if you are not available at the time. You can add this information in the “comments” section of the shopping cart.
Note: should you not be available at the time of delivery and the courier needs to redeliver your order, you will be charged additional delivery fees.
Q: Can I reduce my delivery fee?
A: Yes. Orders can be collected from our Coolum Beach, QLD or Welshpool, WA warehouses. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and packing. We will advise you when it is ready for collection.
Q: Can I send my own courier to collect?
A: Absolutely, just let us know the approximate collection time and we will have your order ready.
