Happy New Year to you all.
We wanted to say how happy we are with your communication. We understand the major issues your supplier had, and glad they are getting on top of it. It has been great to deal with people who are customer service orientated, it is getting rare these days!
Also, we prefer your New Zealand made products anyway! I am so glad you guys suggested we switch; they are so much better, and we have had great feedback from our guests. We won't be going back to the cheaper sets.
