Shipping policy

General Delivery

• All goods must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

• We deliver to addresses where our carriers operate. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

• Delivery is standard to the front door or loading dock only. Requests for inside delivery are at the customer's risk.

• If no one is available to accept delivery, redelivery fees may apply.

Bulky & Fragile Items

• Items such as beds, furniture, and rollaway beds require skid or palletised freight.

• Please Note: Shipping charges displayed at checkout for these items are indicative only. Additional freight surcharges will apply and will be quoted separately before dispatch.

Inaccurate Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for the loss or theft of goods once delivery has been completed according to your instructions.
