Q: Do you deliver to my area?

A: We deliver our products to anywhere in Australia and some islands but depending on your area, we may need to provide you with a specific quote.

 

Q: How long will my order be dispatched and delivered?

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. If there is any delay, we will call you to advise of the amended delivery time and any back-order requirements.

Depending on how far you are located from Coolum Beach (Sunshine Coast), it may take 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your given destination and choice of freight carrier. Sydney is usually the next business day, and Melbourne is two business days. Please remember that Covid, Floods, and Christmas can cause minor delays. If you provide a PO BOX address, we can’t give you an accurate delivery timeframe; Australia post is quite unpredictable.

If you are located on any of the islands around Australia, we will call you to advise an estimated arrival time. For example, delivery to Norfolk Island can take 6-8 weeks from dispatch as goods are transported from the mainland to the island via barge.

 

Q: What is the delivery fee to my postcode?

If you have a tiny order that will fit into an Australia Post satchel, email info@nationalhotelsupplies.com.au with your order details, and we will reduce the freight to the exact cost of a satchel.

  • NSW and ACT $22.50/delivery
  • Victoria $22.50/delivery
  • South Australia $27.50/delivery
  • Western Australia $23.00/delivery OR collection from our Perth warehouse – please click here to place your order if you are located in WA.
  • For all other states, territories and islands, we will provide you with a quote on freight
  • FREE SHIPPING promotions exclude TAS, NT and islands – freight to be quoted.
  • Some rural locations may incur a freight surcharge for bulky or heavy items; we will provide you with a quote.

Brisbane, Sunshine Coast & the Gold Coast can request same-day delivery; please call for pricing.

Note: there is an additional delivery charge for back-ordered items. We will advise you if an item is out of stock and discuss delivery options.

NB We must be given the authority to leave in the special instructions or delivery instructions section if you are a residential customer unless you are either willing to collect from the depot or pay the redelivery fee. We accept no fault or liability for goods that have been delivered by the courier and left at the front door or in the designated area advised by you that “go missing”.

 

Q: What happens if I am not home/available at the time of delivery?

A: That’s ok. Simply let us know where your order can be left if you are not available at the time. You can add this information to the shopping cart’s “comments” section. This is critical for residential customers as redelivery charges will be required. NB We must be given the authority to leave in the shopping cart if you are a residential customer unless you are either willing to collect from the depot or pay the redelivery fee.

Note: should you not be available at the time of delivery and the courier needs to redeliver your order, you will be charged additional delivery fees.

 

Q: Can I reduce my delivery fee?

A: Yes. Orders can be collected from our Coolum Beach, QLD or Welshpool, WA warehouses. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and packing. We will advise you when it is ready for collection.

 

Q: Can I send my own courier to collect it?

A: Absolutely; just let us know the approximate collection time, and we will have your order ready.

Q: I am located in WA; how do I place an order?

A: Due to stock availability in WA, we have a separate dedicated website for our WA clients, “www.nationalhotelsupplieswa.com.au”. If you would like to purchase something from this site that is not available in WA, please call us, and we will send you a quote to freight the goods to you from our eastern branch.
