We wanted to say how happy we are with your communication. We understand the major issues your supplier had, and glad they are getting on top of it. It has been great to deal with people who are customer service orientated, it is getting rare these days!

Also, we prefer your New Zealand made products anyway! I am so glad you guys suggested we switch; they are so much better, and we have had great feedback from our guests. We won't be going back to the cheaper sets.

April went out of her way to help me when I was looking to purchase items for a tender. April was a font of knowledge on sustainable products we could use and contacted the manufacturer /agent for further information.

She supplied and shipped a 10-item sample kit free of charge, even some of the products we would like to source from a local supplier but who had no stock in the time frame we required.

Cannot praise highly enough.

I am currently travelling Europe on a motorcycle and with me I have one of your facial bars of soap. It has been the best cleanser, not drying, easily packed and my skin feels amazing! 

I used it in a hotel in Australia a while ago and was impressed with the range of products.

 I return home to Australia in a few days. Is there anywhere I can purchase some of your products. I live in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast.

 Just wanted to say what awesome service, I only ordered these on Thursday or Friday and wasnt expecting them for at least a week or two. They are now laundered and hanging out to dry and they feel wonderful! I have spent a lot of money over the years trying to find sheets that feel like these and have always been disappointed, until now. I am a very happy customer!!
